PARTICULARS OF ARRANGEMENTS THAT EXIST FOR CONSULTATION WITH PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO POLICY FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
The Inter State Council is an advisory body chaired by the Prime Minister. Its members are Chief ministers of States and Union Territories, Administrators of Union Territories and some Union Cabinet Ministers. In the event of a State being under President’s Rule it is provided that the Governor of the State shall attend the meeting.
