STATEMENT OF THE BOARDS, COUNCILS,
COMMITTEES AND OTHER BODIES
The Inter State Council has a permanent Standing Committee chaired by the Union Home Minister. Its members are some Chief Ministers of States and some Union Cabinet Ministers. The Inter State Council and its Standing Committee may constitute sub-committees as and when required.
